    Default renishaw probe help

I am looking for some help on a custom probe macro. I need to average two z locations to get the center of my part. One z is my fixture plate so if possible I'd like to pick that up once and store it so all I have to do is probe my part then average the two and update my work offset. A Renishaw tech told me this is possible and gave me a manual but if the information is in there to do this I don't understand it. If anyone has done this or something similar and doesn't mind sharing I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you

I'll see if I can send one of our techs to the forum to help you out if they're free this weekend If not, I can connect you with one of them on Monday. maybe they can get you a solution. We're always happy to help.
