Torq Cut 22 Oil Line Help Needed

I need some help finding the easiest method to replace the oil metering valves and tubing under my machines table.The only way I see to do it is to remove the table but i also cant believe Bridgeport designed it that way.....any advise or instruction would be greatly appreciated.
