NEED HELP. Bridgeport series 2 interact 4 wont start

My boss and I bought a bridgeport series 2 interact 4 from another company that had no idea how to use the CNC mill. We have powered it up and the screen comes on, but it is in German and comes up with a parameter input screen with x z y a on the bottom, how do we get it to start so we can run it manually so we can do simple cuts and get it into the point we can start learning about the cnc side of it. We haven't got it to move any direction or the spindle to rotate, we have reversed the incoming power thinking it could be that but still no good
