TNCremo Bridgeport VMC760 22 transfer issues

Hi!

I just got a new to me Bridgeport VMC760 22 machine with a Heidenhain 370 controller.

I am keen to backup the parameters in the 370 using the TNCremo software. I have got TNCremo running and have managed to establish a connection between the vmc and computer. However, when I try to 'scan all' to backup, I get the following error code:

Error 20001716h: Telegram unknown

I've tried searching for this error both here and elsewhere without much luck. If anyone has had this issue before or know what's wrong, any help would be very appreciated!

Use the TNCserver menu in TNCremo.
You can save *.PLC, *.MP, etc. files only separately.
