Hoping anyone out there can give me some insight on an issue I'm having with my DX-32 control. I was peck drilling with very little load when I got a spindle overload error message. It will not clear out to let me enable the drives and home the machine. So it pretty much locked out.
Machine was at 1500rpm with a 5-10% load when error occurred. The spindle rotates free as can be. So I don't think it was a hardware issue.
I don't have a manual or any drawing to locate the load sensor or tach. I'm suspicious of a broken, lost connection.
If anyone has a manual or wire schematics, Or if you know where to start looking, I need your help.
I have 60 more parts to run. So I'm under a lot of pressure to get this figured out.
I have also been getting a "spindle time out" when trying to tap. It will grab the tool. Ramp the rpm to desired. Stop, and rotate very slow for a couple seconds and throws the code. Any ideas on that issue aswell?
