1996 TC22 with dx32 controller C-axis problem

Our company just bought another TC22 (we now own 3) but this new machine is having a couple issues. When you turn the machine on once it loads DOS and enters the screen to enable drives and home all axis it shows the C-axis as homing but it locks on that and shows a feed of 406ipm but there is no 4th axis installed on the machine and it will continue to say (wait homing) till it is shut down. To explain the is no power supply or driver for the 4th axis. We have ruled out faulty signal from the axis plug. I removed the (a-axis installed)(wires 220 and 221) connector from the AUF board and same thing happens. so any help would greatly be appreciated.

Maybe check your parameters? I don't remember is there is a setting that enables the 4th axis. I know there is homing stuff for the other 3 axis.
