bridgeport interact 1 mk 2 ktk drive board probs

hello all hope someone can help had a few problems with my interact ,its nearly there apart from a spindle problem ,when I use the m3 or m4 command the spindle wont spin ,two of the led's on the ktk sol 1 board go dim ,if I press the reset button on the ktk fac board the spindle briefly rotates then stops,ive changed a few of the obvious caps so far ,, are there any circuit diagrams available for the ktk boards pls ,any help much appreciated,

Here is the KTK Drive Maintenance manual and the Manual. I had similar issues with the spindle, ended up being a zener diode on the +-12V rails.
