Hi Everybody,

I have a 2000 model year 3 axis Bridgeport EZ TRAK. I have been working on EZ TRAKs since the late 1990's .
Anyways I was running a part today and when I was profiling around an arc it drifted off the cutter path and a Y DAC overflow error appeared.

That's only part of it. The craziest part is if I take the cutting tool out (air cut) I can run the program and it runs fine.
I'm only cutting with a 1/8" dia end mill .05 deep so there is no stress on the machine.

I would love to know if anybody has encountered something like this!? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated..

Thanks,

Derrick
