    Default Bridgeport Interact 1 TNC145

    Hello fellow CNC geeks

I have a problem with my interact series 1 mill and need to consult you guys on what you think is the cause and hopefully solution to my issue. Hope someone can help.

The machine recently lost itself and threw up an error message: "Gross Positioning Error B"

This happens on both X and Y axis.

I noticed sometimes the axis jumps slightly when moving the machine manually.

The feed rate override is also not working and seems to be stuck on full.

Can anyone steer me in the right direction on this? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Danny.

check your tach trailing error adjustment

    has this machine run before

Also the override pots die, but even if that is so, it is not your problem
