help with torq cut 22

hi months ago I bought a torq cut 22 and this week I connect it and when I give it to enable the drives they activate the contactors and they are deactivated and I get the axis drive fault alarm, which could be this problem

Check the wiring and Voltage is set correct the Drives are feed from 2 Transformers T1 and T2

ok I will check all the voltages right now the two transformers are set to 230v

that's the voltages that he gave me when I measured them but the t2 does not have the cable 40 nor the 39 that are of the 24vdc
