Default Heidenhain TNC410 - Motor Z: speed not equal to Imax

I have a Bridgeport VMC with TNC 410. Machine worked good, but starts showing the communication from title. When Z axis down with bigger feed (around 7000) stopped and showing this error.
I do not know what is going on. 5 minutes ago machine working normally.
In service manual I found discription of this error:

The current speed of the motor is not expected
at Imax. The direction of rotation is possibly not correct.
