Problem with bp 760 heid 370

Hello GUYS
I have a problem with my MACHINE - BRODGEPORT VMC 760 .HEIDENHAIN 370
Buffer battery last month Died -and all my parameters were lost.
I loaded the new parameters again
But now I have lag on the X axis. about .014 mm
How to solve this?
wich parameter i change_?
