I figured out what I was doing wrong. I was choosing individual operations, you have to choose the whole setup to post with multiple WCS.

As always thanks for the help Forhire...

Apologies for bringing up an old thread.

I have a Bridgeport Explorer II running DX32 software.
I have had no issues with fusion360 post files until I I needed to use G54/G55. F360's Bridgeport post file did not included a provision for G54/G55 so I manually entered the code with discriminator.
When attempting to run my machine throws the alarm: "invalid G code" and won't run the program.

I remove the lines with G54 and G55 and it does not throw the alarm.

I found this thread and tried forhires last bridgeport post file but still get the same result.
Am I supposed to do something at the machine that I'm not aware of?
Or is this a difference in software on my Bridgeport?

    Any ideas?

Charlie, sorry for the late response. Do you know if your machine supports multiple WCS G54-59? Can you enter G54 or G55 from the MDI without error?

Autodesk has absorbed all of the changes from this thread into their official release, including multiple WCS. Are you using the latest?

    Thank you for your reply.
I've since found my machine does not have G54-G55 capability.

Apologies for not updating this thread.

Hello folks. Apologize to dig up an old thread but I wondered if anyone had integrated G9 support into the DX32 post now. I have a TC22 and have noticed the very stuttery moves during adaptive toolpaths. I suspect this is because in normal cutting mode the control will "link" cuts that it detects as being tangential (ie it does not stop). With the very short moves of the adaptive toolpath it either can't look ahead far enough or just can't compute that the moves are tangential. G9 is forcing it to assume tangential. Would be cool if the post could automatically include this in the G code. Would help the poor old DX32 control run smooth!

If I want programs to run smoother I have found you can add the "smoothing" option and then bump up the tolerance (in HSMworks) which then makes the moves larger and simplifies into rounded moves that the control can automatically link.
