I'm experiencing the same problem, I lost the parameters of my interact 4 series II with TNC155, if someone have these parameters I'm interested as well! Thanks
Srussel, if you mean the Bridgeport manual, I'll start to scan mine tomorrow, if you need a specific information don't hesitate to ask!
Here's a copy of the parameters the previous owner of the machine sent me last week, limit switches need to be adapted (procedure described in the mill's manual) and a few others to your preferences.
I had an issue with the x axis which would overtravel after the limit switch, it was fixed by Gridley51 (once again) by changing the parameter 20 from 1 to 0 (counting direction).
The maximum speed is set at 3750 in these parameters but should be 4000.
Except these things my mill (interact 4 series II with tnc 155b) works as well as before losing the parameters, so it should be ok for you too.
Re: Parameters for Bridgeport Series II Interact 4 TNC 155
I happens that I bought a similar machine and it will be in my garage soon.
The interact has a Heidenhain tnc 150 controller, but a separate tnc 155 is included in the package as well.
Can anyone tell me if the tnc 155 has a big advantage over the 150? I would like to use fusion 360 and drip feed the larger files.
Is it difficult to swap the 2 controllers?
Is it just a matter of adding the parameters as in above post into the controller?
Thanks!
Re: Parameters for Bridgeport Series II Interact 4 TNC 155
Dear Francois,
A couple of years ago you posted link of a manual for an interact 4 series 2, but that link is not working anymore.
I have the same machine, but no manual.
Would it be possible to put it online again,
