    Default Need help with babcad /mach 3

    I've drawn and posted code for my cnc plasma .I'm using the bobcad v28 with mach 3 software.looks to be simulating cutting part in bobcad correctly but when I load into mach it gave me a cannot do g1 with zero feed rate block=n11 g01 y.25 please help me out I'm new to this thanks !!

    There is no F value after the n11 g01 y.25 so Mach can`t move the axis, try opening your Post Processor in Notepad and looking at the lines shown below and checking if they all have "feed_rate" in them as shown below.

    If not there then alter the lines to the same.

    These lines are from the Mach3 Plasma Post Processor so should work

    55. Line feed move XYZ.
    n,feed_move,x_f,y_f,feed_rate


    56. Line feed move XY on Leadin.
    n,feed_move,x_f,y_f,feed_rate


    57. Line feed move XY on Leadout.
    n,feed_move,x_f,y_f,feed_rate
