    Post Confusing Tool Path

I'm a new drawing program user. I've been having this issue (see uploaded file) with the tool path. It seems to happen when the area being milled is the same size as the milling bit. I'm thinking it has something to do with my tolerance setting but I'm not sure.
    Thanks

Yes, can see an image but it is impossible to diagnose anything from that, needs to be the BobCAD file then the settings used can be checked.
It may well be just a tolerance issue but usually trying to do an area that is the same width as the tool isn`t a good idea and Z level Rough probably wouldn`t be the best strategy, a ramping Contour might be better but can`t even see the Model so only guessing that you are trying to rough out a slot of some kind yes ???
Put the file in a Zip folder and attach to your reply.

I would use 2 axis profile rough using ramp for the outside dia, and advanced z level finish for the inside angle, selecting only the angled surface. I am not an expert though.

You might not be an expert but this worked. Thanks for the advise. Much appreciated.
    God Bless.
