Program getting stuck sometimes?

Hey everyone, hope you are all doing great.

I’m having an issue where I will run a program and it will run fine for maybe 1 run, maybe 20 runs. Sooner or later it will get stuck on line 3 and never do anything. If I stop the program and reload it, it won’t work. The only way to get it working again is to reload Mach 3.

I’m calling the gcode that bobcad gives me a “program”.

If it gets stuck on line 3, the status will usually say which end mill I’m using. If I just hit start run again like I would if I changed tools, nothing happens.

I’m not really sure what’s going on. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

Not sure this is a BobCAD issue, I would recommend hitting up the mach group and see what those guys say.

Al is spot on here, if your program runs OK a couple of times then there is noting wrong with the code, it's your controller that's causing the issue.
