    sorry, V30

    UPDATE:

    ive spoken with tech support and they discovered that my angled entry movement was the issue in the zipped file i provided, SO, i go ahead and change it to a spiral entry..........
    this is where it gets really interesting, the spiral infeed pattern approaches the work as normal, crashes to 1st depth (rapid move into work, not a center cutting tool) then spirals to the second depth,
    AND THEN SPIRALS BACK TO THE FIRST DEPTH AND CUTS THE FEATURE...WTF?

    @jaydizzle

    Hmmm, seems to work fine here after changing to a Spiral lead in using my Demo V31, as my files can`t be opened in any licensed version all I can offer if it is of any help is the Video capture of the simulation run which to my tired old eyes looks to be behaving itself

    Regards
    Rob

    jay...did you get this figured out? I opened your file and only changed the ramp length from 3.0 to .12. I have had this same issue at times...and that fixed it.
