Bobcam/cad V27 hard drive crash

Bobcam/cad V27 hard drive crash need to reinstall but password is no longer good . what can I do .? support has never been good to me so iam not buying support just to get a new password come on.any thing i can do ?

just contact bobcad they can deactivate the license and then you should be good to register the new install

I have tried and have no help so far, I will try again but as I said support is no been good to me.
