toolpaths extend through solid

Hello,
v26, It was working great for years. Now when I extrude a solid 1" rectangle and extend stock. I do a z level rough and now all my toolpaths go right through the middle of my stock.
I can't figure it out. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry sounds a bit vague. Software package? First guess would be the version change(?) needs the tool paths to be re-generated.

Thanks for the reply. I updated bobcad and restarted computer. Works fine now. The compute toolpath went crazy.
