    Default Spiral extrude or cut

    This is not what I want but you should get the idea. I need a spiral ramp. I don’t know how to.
    What is the procedure

    I also need it to go 180 degrees not 90

    Helical,meaning both sides parallel as it ramps up ?

    If this is what you need I used to spiral a inner and a outer and connected them with a line and then skinned then extruded the surface for thickness and then added to a cylinder. (Have the output set arcs when doing the spirals)

    Kind of a Paine but it seems to work there may be easier ways

    Yes. Exactly. Using it as a rotary clamp

    Your question trigger a thought.
    I used spiral line with 1.5” od and .5” id and joined the ends with line and then skinned.
    Looks correct
