New machine

Hi all please help. I have a elephant CNC 1325 atc with the nk105g3. When I try to cut or calibrate tool length the z axis always goes up and hits the z soft limit. No matter what I do. Any ideas. Not sure my settings are right. Change tools works perfect from 1-6.
