Rover B 4.40 FTK head casing shakes after moving

The head casing shakes after moving and i think that's normal but today it started hitting the metal end sections to the horizontal rail (don't know the actual name of the part and can't find it) and it is stopping and destroying the cover and the cover frame. I looked at all the bolts they are all tight any other ideas?
