Default Tool changer out of alignment Biesse Rover B

    Hi,

Where to begin..... been a long day, hopefully this makes sense

I purchased the machine used about 6 years ago, and havent used it much in the last year, but with the holidays coming we need the second machine to keep up with orders, so fired it up today. Its always been "picky" on a few spots with tool changing but now it seems worse.

Anyone have experience configuring / tweaking the tool changer setup / alignment on a Rover B? The carousel doesn't seem to line up exactly to the spindle. Tool changes are "rough" and shake / move the entire carousel, and some times knock / pushes the tool out of the holder (looks like it pushes it down because the holder isnt lined up with the spindle, but that is an assumption ) , sometimes wont pick the tool and get a cone closing time out after a few tries. Just seems to be out of alignment. Also willing to pay anyone in the Milwaukee / midwest area to give it a tune up :-)

Any advice on where to start would be greatly appreciated

    Tom
