Biesse ROVER 322 XNC Controller

Hello all
I'm a newbie in CNC 'World' and bought my first CNC Router , a 1998 Rover 322 with XNC Controller. The problem I have is that I changed the floppy disk drive to an Floppy Emulator and now the controller doesn't recognize the emulator. Is there a way to specifically format the USB in emulator or is there some settings you need to edit in PLC.
Also I'm looking for an post processor for this type of machine , being in ArtCAM or AlphaCAM

Not all emulators are the same. I bought 3 from:-

Online support was excellent to install it. The shots here are of one of my machines.
