cybelec DNC 880S indexing not complete

Hii everybody
We have an ADIRA plate bending / pressbrake with cybelec DNC 880S windows based control. The machine not indexing. The blade goes upwards as it does normally but the controller keep showing indexing and not coming to working mode.
We dont have any error messages.

after the blade going up. the X axis (back gauge) will be move.
if the X Axis not move check the Servo drive..
if it moves after that is crowing system.
