Default AMADA PEGA 357 FANUC 6M ignoring G98 Zero Point

    Hi
I'm trying to shift my work away from the clamps.
By changing my G98 command from
    "G98X0.Y0.I90.J0.P2K0"
    to
    "G98X0.Y50.I90.J0.P2K0"

according to the textbook, this is supposed to move the grid 50mm further away from the clamps.

Instead, I have found that irrespective of what value I enter into the X and Y parameters of G98, the machine always uses X0.Y0. as its zero point. Thus making the entire G98 function, the only function for specifying grid origin, functionally useless.

Guys... What am I missing? The user manuel tells you one thing and the machine does another.

    1. Whether the absolute coordinates of G92 are correct.2. Whether the added coordinates are within or outside g98.

The 6M system is too old, you can try AMADA transfer software (PEU/win) to connect the machine tool with AP100 software, how to modify in AP100.
    If still unclear contact me.

G93 is offset command. This will shift the punch pattern.
