Trumpf TC260R cannot reaches reference on C axis

Dear community

After a sheet crash the machine was sent to home. But something stuck the C axis (upper punch head). We disassembly part of the head and have it spinning again and aligned since by the stuck the position was about 30 degrees out of center.

Now when reference axis the C axis goes to 0.039 or 360.040 but can’t get the * as the rest of the axis to get fully referenced. No error on screen only the machine trying to reach reference on C.

Any ideas

BYW I have tried to adjust with Zero Adjustment on indramat amplifier but no success

You have to adjust the reference offset
