Trumabend V2300 customers’ password

Hello

We got a used Trumabend V2300.

It’s possible to manage different user in the user interface in order to allocate rights.

But there’s an unknown password for customers’ administrator and setter.

Is there a possibility to remove it?

Maybe via service menu?
