    Default Testing Delta VFD-B (VFD022B21A) to UB1

I have had my UC300ETH-UB1 successfully connected to my Delta VFD-B and working properly for better than a year. Suddenly, this AM, I cannot control the spindle from Mach4. The spindle will not turn on

I have tested AH1 to AL1 = 10V. I can see that AL1 to AO1 has ~ 5V when I try to spin the spindle at 10,000 RPM (roughly 1/2 its max). I cannot seem to prove that relay K2 works. I read ~22V between CM2 and NO2, both when I have the spindle idle and when I attempt to engage it to spin.

How can I prove that the relay works?

    Thanks for any thoughts.

I have confirmed that K2 relay contacts no longer function as a switch to start the spindle. Does anyone know how to use K1 contacts for the same purpose? The UB1 owner manual is not clear to me on how to use K1.
