i'm looking for little help my Stepper is making noise and not turning i don't know whats wrong

It sounds to me like you have the polarity reversed on a pair of wires.

It is a hybrid stepper with the encoder connected to the servo, right? Try reversing one of the motor coils (that is, swap A+ and A-).
