I had exactly the same which is where my high backlash was coming from initially. The table didn't move until the screw had gone up/down at that end first it had that much wobble.
Fortunately I had used a standard BK end machined 450mm 1204 screw that stuck out of the end so could see it plain as day.
I decided to bodge up an extension to the end of the table from some off cuts to be able to fit a BK bearing support onto it to hold the screw in place. It's rough round the edges but it'll do for now.
As soon as I did this it made the screw feel nice and rigid and my backlash went down to a tiny 0.003mm.
I could've prob got away with using a 400mm screw so it didn't stick out as much but it works so I've left it as-is.
If it's not causing an issue then leave it, it's likely due to a bendy screw. However if it is causing a problem like mine was then maybe you need to get another longer screw and have a re-think.
I've not looked into it but I'm wondering if a needle roller bearing & casing that fits the O,D of the ballscrew could be somehow fitted in the table cavity just to support it.
