Looking for Grizzly G0516 (Sieg C6) CNC or VFD parts / plans

I was planning to get a small mill and CNC convert it, but I'm realizing that a lot of what I do is better done on the lathe. I have the Grizzly G0516 10x21 lathe so perhaps I should convert it instead.

This does not seem to be a popular conversion, though in searching I find a few that considered it (like the one in the similar threads list below). I find no kits.

I'm also looking for information about doing a 3 phase motor / VFD upgrade for it. Specifically what motor (or motor frame size) will directly fit this machine?

Any suggestions?
