Is Tormach a benchtop machine?

I am somewhat confused where the dividing line is between benchtop baby/toy CNC stuff and full size industrial equipment. Tormach seems to be occupying a high-end consumer niche that is too big to sit on a bench but too small to be considered full industrial.

Is there a list somewhere, of prebuilt CNC equipment from small to large, so that I can find similar mills/lathese to Tormach, but bigger than the Sherline?

The optional bells and whistles of the Tormach are also quite interesting, Automatic Tool changer, Auto drawbar, automatic tool length probe.. are there other benchtop / high-end consumer CNC brands with options like this?

Yes the Tormach mills are benchtop mills and are similar in size to many of the benchtop mills discussed right here.

The PCNC 1100 is about the size of an RF45
The PCNC 440 is about the size of a G0704
The PCNC 770 is in-between the two
