    For the RF-45 go ahead and run the 25mm. It will last longer.

    All I got to do is collate them all. work out the lengths.
    Then find a supplier as I live in North Scotland.

    Dear dazp1976,
    Thank you for your advice.
    As regards using the 1605DFU ballscrews.
    Not heard of that classification, but will look it up.
    I was thinking of using Two RK12 End support pre-loaded angular contact bearings on each end of the X Axis.
    As one end is motor driven other has a the handwheel.

    many thanks for the advice concerning the 2005 Ballascrew for the Z axis .
    My thoughts are inclining that way
    As I live in N Scotland , got to find a supplier to suit.

    Many thanks for the advice regarding the 2005 and the Z axis ballscrew.
    And for taking the time to pull out the spec sheets, do the maths.
    As I live in N Scotland. Will now collate all advice, measure & draw up then find a supplier.

    When you've found the needed lengths, find linearmotionbearings2008 on eBay. I can't remember his direct email address. He is the one most recommend for ballscrews. He can machine the screws to your drawings as well. He has both single and double nuts.
