Default Getting the motors moving on a new Avid machine

I just finished putting together an Avid CNC PRO4848 with their plug & play NEMA 23 kit. For some reason, the motors aren't moving. Mach 4 can see the proximity switches when I put a screwdriver in front of them, and when I click the jog arrows or press the keyboard arrows or try homing, the numbers change in Mach 4, but none of the motors do anything. The motor enable switch on the box is set to Enable, and AFAIK all the motors are connected correctly. Am I missing something simple? From what I've seen, it's just supposed to work at this point.

I would reach out the the Avid CNC Support Team, they will setup a phone or video call to troubleshoot the issue.
