Any help..
Have you wired up the 'enbl +/-' on the drivers (enable) to the bob or left them disconnected?
If you do have it connected you need to set up an enable pin.
I'm guessing you have no physical estop connected correct?
My problem when this happened was with my enable set wrongly to active high.
If you have the 'step/dir' signal from bob going to the negative- connection side on drivers you need set active low.
If connected to positive+ then set active high.
If/when they eventually move but in wrong direction then check 'reversed' in the 'soft limits' page.
Ideally need your wiring diagram that you followed.
Thanks dazp for replying, the enbl +/- are not connected and no I don't have a physical e-stop yet
The wiring I followed is for the c10 board with the kl-4030 here's the wiring, it's in PDF format
It's hard to help with so little info. That's why you get little response. There are way to many things that can be wrong. Does your board need a plugin? Everyone thinks they wired it correct, but if it doesn't work, start second guessing your wiring. One missed step or wire changes everything. If you post clear pics of your wiring, we migtht be able to help. The C10 is just a breakout board. How are you driving it? It is not a motion controller by itself.
When I started this post I added the info in PDF my whole setup from connectings to leadscrew , motors ect.
No e-stop just have it on pin 10 and set to active low
Kenrbass I'm using kl4030 drivers to run it
Mactec54, wouldn't the reset button on the screen be flashing
Ok mactec54, what do you mean by jumping it
Another thing I forgot to mention mactec54. If the e-stop is the issue, the dro's wouldn't move correct?

Ok I'll give that a shot..
Edit: Maybe ignore me. Just read about the jumper (X7) swapping the 5v common around to pos. D'uh. (I assume you did that one)

Something has confused me a little here. Bear with.
The board diagram says 5vg next to the driver outputs. This tells me that it is 5v neg out not pos and the driver outputs are pos not neg (common cathode or anode whichever way round.
I have 2 diagrams here and BOTH are showing me that in fact the driver pins ie 1 & 2 go to pul/dir + (not neg) and the 5vg goes to pul/dir - (not pos). This will be active high (I think)

Regards to the e-stop. You might need to just stick a bridging wire in there as it tells me it is nc connection.
Edit: still looking around and again this shows pins 2 & 3 going to pos +
