Does anyone know of some way to restrict osnap to one plane?
I am cutting nested parts in a cabinet shop, and cannot use osnap to optimize my nests(created with autonest), since the toolpaths are 3D. It might pick up one endpoint in the bottom of the cut, and next pick the endpoint on part of a lead-in move, thereby moving the whole block in the Z.
I realize I could change view, but there are too many toolpaths to see what's going on.
I would appreciate any help.

(I'm thinking of something like the "project" option in Rhino's osnap?)
