    Angry help!!!

    aaagggh!

I just got the student version of Inventor series 6 and the serial number is bogus! So far finding a customer service guy at autodesk has been like finding a penguin in ethiopia. Does anyone here know any channels I can go through to get this resolved?

I would hate to see the manufacturer of a fine product unwittingly commiting larceny and loosing an otherwise happy customer because of it.

Any feed back would be appreciated

AFAIK All AutoDesk products are serviced by the local AutoCAD authorized dealer. The student versions might be different though.

Assuming not, look in the yellow pages under CAD and find the one advertising AutoCAD. There is normally only one per large area.
