You have two options.
1) Jog the Z axis near the top of it's travel, and click the "Home Z" button. Be sure to change the default Z axis home offset value from 50 to 0.
2) Edit the post to remove the G53 Z0 moves.
I am using F360 along with UCCNC. I do not home my machine but zero at the required work coordinates. The following was from F360 post file which rams the tool into the work and table.
G90
G0 G53 Z0
If I delete those two lines, then everything works fine until the end of the file which rams into the work piece again.
G0 Z7.
M5
G53 Z0.
M30
G53 makes the machine go to machine zero which I have not define since I do not have home switches.
How can I adjust F360 or UCCNC to avoid this?
