OKUMA LB10 ATC

Hello all,
Wondering if anyone knew much about the old Okuma LB 10 Lathes with the OSP 5000 controller.
havnt been using it much and was working ok prior,
but now the tool changer doesn't want to change tools all it does is move half inch then stops.
when i push reset it moves back half inch. so its stuck on tool one.
this happens with manually selecting tool index button and in MIDI.

Any ideas where i could start with some fault finding?
