ATC Kondia HM-1060 - spindel orientation problem
Hello everyone,
I'm Jordi - recent owner of a Kondia HM-1060 - year 1988
Control: Heidenhain TNC 407
Everything was working as it should - until i crashed the machine.
(Rapid x/y move against a bolt, resulted in a broken ssk gripper and play on the spindel bearings)
After having the taper newly ground - replacing the ssk gripper and the bearings I put everything back together.
This machine is belt-driven, and had a umbrella tool changers.
During a tool-change (m6) the spindel orientates - and the machine moves in X towards the umbrella tool changer until the tool is back in the umbrella.
Because the belt was on a different positions as before I had to adjust te angle of orientation in the parameters.
For this I adjusted parameter "MP3430" - Form 280.75 to 283.75. This fixed the orientation.
But now I run in to a strange problem:
The spindel orientates correctly --> moves to the umbrella --> unlocks the tool with the drawbar --> and rotated the spindel 20 degrees!
But it is not abel to move - becouse the tool can't rotate in the umbrella.
After the 20 degrees move, the tool change continues as usual.
My questions:
Does anyone have a clue why the machine is doing this?
And can someone help me get the complete list of machine parameters?
Thank you in advance,
Jordi,
