Fanuc O-M tool changer not working

Hello everybody!

Recently I bought a nice Takisawa MAC V1E mill with Fanuc O-M steering and a 10 fold caroucel tool changer from 1991.
After rebuilding the machine, I can bring the spindle with MDI in the right position (M19) but nothing happens in the tool changer (M6, T1). Only a small red led is burning.
I have 6.5 bars of pressure.
All axes are brought to there null position and moved halve way with hand operation.

Is a macro needed with command M6?

Any ideas are very welcome!!!!!
