    Default drawing a rectangle in cut2desktop

    have drawn a rectangle in cut2desktop,completed full process, then downloaded through UCCNC to my 6040 CNC, run file ,watching XY dimensions whilst and they seem to have my measurements [150x100mm] on screen ,but when i trace a pencil line on spindle head, the dimensions are approx 30mm both ways bigger [180x130mm] can someone explain why thanks

    Very simple: your axes are not properly calibrated.
    Or you have mixed the units (cm & inches) up somehow.

    Make sure you are using the correct Post processor

    What tool diameter did you specify?I don't now the machine or the software but if the possibility is there for the computer or the controller to select the correct tool compensation,was the correct selection made?
