    Default UCCNC & AXBB-E combo

Hi All- I'm designing a new mill and want to use UCCNC and the AXBB-E. I use UCCNC so all good there. Is the AXBB-E all that's needed? I will have XYZ and a slave on X and a slave on Z so need 5 axes. UCCNC has 6 and AXBB-E has 6 I believe. Any suggestions or experience with this? or better options?

Also I'm looking at the steppers with integrated drivers any experience with these out there?

would like it to be a bit higher voltage and lower inductance though...

    cheers Peter

    Hi Peter,
The ABXX-E is a good choice. It eliminates the need for a breakout board. It has spindle speed built in.

This is a 4 axis controller I’ve started putting together for a customer.

I also have some other images on instagram.

It does six axes. I’ll have to check if it can have slaves on two of the axes(5 motors in total).
I can check in the morning.
    Cheers
