    Default Vaccum problem

Hello guys, I have problem on CNC vaccum, I have 2 vaccum on one CNC bed but when I turn on both vaccum one vaccum sucks another vaccum in reverse mode so my vaccum does not work effectively. How to fix these problems please suggest me.

I assume the Vacs are different sizes?
Can you change the pipework so each vaccum works on its own half of the bed?
Or only use ONE Vaccum, but each must be too small on its own.

Can't see any other way to do it.

Hi Rav - Do you mean one motor is blowing not sucking? If so reverse the motor direction? Is vac-2 actually working? Turn off Vac2 and block the pipe so only Vac1 works and see what happens? Is vac1 and vac2 identical? Peter

Its a poor design to try to suck a single system via two fans. One will dominate. So as above says, split the system...

The stronger vacuum will draw air out of the weaker one. Put them in series?

    Cheers,

Yeah cant argue with splitting the system.

Mine runs 3 separate vac pumps - each sucks down a max 3200mm x 1200mm. Has a cutout so can shut off 1000 off each pump, so can reduce this to 2200x 1200mm. Handy if only running material that's only 2mtr wide.

    Just some random canvas guy
