    Default New router build

Just starting to put together a new build , currently have a 1000x1000 Workbee which is ok but not really rigid enough or has enough Z travel to mount a vice fixture.

Putting it together out of bits I have laying around , feel free to crtique the concept 80/160 X axis , 10mm aluminium gantry plates with 4mm steel bolted to edge to stiffen , Y rails are 40/80 which will be bolted to a aluminium bed . 20mm linear rails on the X and 15mm Linear on the Y and Z.
The Z stepper and ball screw is on the Z plate for better packaging and travel.
Still on the same 100x100 platform as my current machine

I have approx 200mm Z travel if required but only expect to use 125mm once a vice is in place for aluminium machining.
