You were right about getting support once you paid your money...its a crap shoot...
I'm not familiar with that machine, but you will need a software 'plugin' to copy into Mach 3 in order for Mach 3 to 'see' your Motion Card.
It *should* on the CD, if not you may have open her up and try to identify your particular board. This is an age old problem with Chinese machines.
OR, the supplier may have provided a link in order for you to download it from.....
Let us know your situation and we can go from there.

Another option is to post some clear photos of you Motion Card and someone may recognise it and pipe up.

You *may* have more than 1 board in your machine, depending on the design. You may have a 'all in one' motor driver board or a separate Driver for each stepper, as well as a Motion Card.

Prepare to do a lot of reading and coming up against road blocks.....

When you install rdworks it asks if you want to install usb driver and if you want rdworks to pluginto some programs. Use Coreldraw if you can.
I only purchased the Rudia controller for my home made machine.
On yours you probably have 2 usb ports 1 is to transfer files to the controller from a usb stick and the other is to connect to your laptop.
A great site for info is https://rdworkslab.com/ They have a Manual translated from Chinglish to English by the members for download.
    Best of Luck

Watch and other videos from SarbarMultimedia YouTube channel and You will learn a lot.

Make sure your machine, laser tube, mirrors are all set properly - there are related videos available on the channel mentioned above.

Consider LightBurn software, which is compatible with Ruida controllers and I think more intuitive.

    Good luck.
