Be more precise on which dimensions you have.
I can not comprehend it from your writing.
can someone help me to learn how in aspire 9.5 to measure an arc i make templates for projects we build and the best way to describe most of them is they are the letter u shaped I am given things like the radius and length of curve the length of "arms" the total Hight of project and the length and then I need to move them over to aspire to cut out. I have been lucky so far as i have been able to just draw my circles then guess close enough, but one day my guessing is going to ketch up to me. I have attached an image if i did it right. Thank you to anyone who can help me to learn this.

My personality is who I am. My attitude depends on who you are.
I'd use dimension-arc to find the radius and then switch off the dimension layer when I was programming. It works for any angle between the straight sections but in the instance of having parallel straight sections, you could also use the alternative of measure-distance-horizontal and divide the result by 2 for the radius.
