CNCJack. Can you post the Tool Sensor info for Mach3? It appears that mines would touch off but as it starts to run the program it stays on top of the material about 4mm.

    Hi friend,

    Merry Christmas!

Our engineer have recorded video of all aspects of mach3 setting before, including the tool sensor.
We can send it to you by wetransfer. Hope it can help you.
So please send a email to me: manager@elephant-cnc.com
(When we get your email address, we could send the video by Wetransfer. For some personal reason, I can‘t upload the video to YouTube, hoping to understand.)
    Thank you.

    Best regards,
    Jack
